Oliver was an absolute gentleman and a star. He is a very kind and gentle man who, from personal experience, knows exactly how to meet the needs of disabled clients. His service was second to none. On the day of construction he and Dave, another sweetheart, worked very hard and completed the task in approximately 6 hours start to finish. The workmanship is excellent and to send a bouquet of flowers the following day was above and beyond but an extremely welcomed gesture. I am writing on behalf of my father to thank you very much for the very quick and efficient way in which you delivered and installed the new ramp at my father's home in Midanbury, Southampton. The conditions were not ideal, but you and your colleague worked hard to get the job done quickly and to produce a really well-designed and robust ramp and railings with the minimum disruption to my father. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and quality of finish, especially the high standard of joinery in assembling the wooden framework. My father tried the ramp on completion on Saturday afternoon and all worked perfectly. I should like to thank you for agreeing to shorten the wrought iron gate, and to your colleague for the very thorough cleaning of the area by the ramp after work had been completed. I had expected to have to sweep up afterwards, but that was all done without asking, which was very considerate. I can certainly recommend your work to others, if asked.

After searching all over for a suitable platform and ramp which was not of concrete or module aluminium I came across Lymington Ramps and was put in touch with Oliver. After a survey and design suggestions from Oliver a complete detailed diagram and quote was forwarded to me. Because of personal reasons a decision was not made for 5 weeks by me and in this time I wasn't approached once by Oliver to hassle me into going ahead with the ramp. Once Oliver got the go ahead, the materials were delivered to my house. Just after delivery the whole ramp and platform was completed to my complete satisfaction within 2 days. Oliver is the complete gentleman, kind, and considerate and very hard working and only has the customers requirements at heart. We are so happy with the finished result and it all turned out so much better than we invidulised. The steps down to mum and dad's back garden were becoming hard to navigate and dangerous for them. Oliver produced a fabulous design for a decking space and ramp to the garden addressing all their needs and wishes , offering great suggestions and solutions to help. He installed a really beautiful deck and ramp which incorporates safety and accessibility features but in no way looks like a traditional solution for disabled access. It is a truly superb piece of work. We would never have expected the craftmanship and care with which Oliver created it, and his attention to detail and making sure every part is perfect is truly incredible. Oliver is a lovely man, whose kindness towards mum and dad made them feel relaxed and reassured . They can now carry on enjoying their garden in safety and comfort, something which was quickly becoming impossible and dangerous and for which we are all very grateful to Oliver for providing.
